Terms and Conditions for Gift a Golden Christmas 2021

  1. This campaign is organized by The Golden Duck Co. Pte. Ltd. ("Organizer") and is open to all Singapore citizens and permanent residents.
  2. This Gift a Golden Christmas (“Campaign”) will be governed by these terms and conditions, and accompanying Campaign Details (collectively the "Terms"). Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the campaign, each participant agrees to be bound by the Terms.
  3. Campaign starts on 8th Nov 2021 till 29th Nov 2021 (“Campaign Period”).  All entries by Typeform must be received by the closing date of 29th Nov 2021 entries received after the closing date is void. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period at any time without any notice.
  4. By Typeform: All entries must be input in correct sequence in order to qualify. Incorrect sequence will be considered incomplete and will be disqualified. All successful submission will receive an email acknowledgement.
  5. Each participant is eligible to submit only one campaign entry. Each campaign entry submitted must be individually completed with the required details. Incomplete/Incorrect or illegible entries will be disqualified.
  6. Draw will be conducted on: 30th of November 2021
  7. Winners will be notified by Email. Winners who fail to provide accurate and complete verification will be disqualified.
  8. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for any other item and shall be subjected to such terms and conditions which the organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion impose.
  9. The organizer will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the postal notification to the winner(s).
  10. The organizer reserves the right to disclose or publish the names and/or photographs of the winners for the purpose of advertising, trade and/or publicity, without any prior notice to the winners, and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
  11. Participants and winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents (including death) resulting from their participation in this campaign, redemption and/or utilization of the prizes and agree to release and hold the Organizer and its Partners free and harmless of any liability.
  12. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by this campaign’s rules and regulations, and the decisions of the organizer.
  13. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign or to modify the Campaign Terms and/or Prizes at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice or liability. Any such modifications shall be notified via The Golden Duck Facebook/IG Page. Such modifications shall be immediately effective and apply to all entries, including entries that have been submitted to the Organizer.
  14. All decisions made by the organizer with respect to this campaign or in the event of any dispute are final and no correspondents will be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional material relating to this campaign, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  15. By participating in this campaign, you understand and accept without condition that The Golden Duck Co Pte. Ltd. may use your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes in a manner it deems fit, whilst according your privacy and confidentiality with the highest priority.
