Terms & Conditions for Chinese New Year Promotion 2022

  1. This contest is organized by The Golden Duck Co. Pte. Ltd. & Paradise Group ("Organizer") and is open to all Singapore citizens and permanent residents, except to The Golden Duck Co. Pte. Ltd. & Paradise Group’s affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members.
  2. This Chinese New Year Promo (“Contest”) will be governed by these terms and conditions, and accompanying Promotion Details (collectively the "Terms"). Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the Terms.
  3. Contest starts on 1st Jan 2022 to 31st Jan 2022 (“Promotion Period”). Purchases must be made within the Promotion Period. All entries by Whatsapp must be received by the closing date, entries received after the closing date is void. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Promotion Period at any time without any notice.
  4. The following Golden Duck products are participating in this contest (“Participating Products”):  Salted Egg Fish Skin, Salted Egg Potato Ridges, Salted Egg Crab Seaweed Tempura, Chili Crab Seaweed Tempura, Mala Hotpot, Tom Yum Goong, Paradise Group X Golden Duck Yu Sheng Fish Skin Crisps and Paradise Group X Golden Duck Sweet & Sour Fish Skin Crisps
  5. By Whatsapp: All Whatsapp entries must be input in correct sequence in order to qualify. Incorrect sequence will be considered incomplete and will be disqualified. All successful submission will receive a Whatsapp acknowledgement. Please retain original receipt for verification during collection of prize where applicable.
  6. Each participant is eligible to submit more than one contest entry. Each contest entry submitted must be individually completed with the required details accompanied by an original receipt indicating 1 pack of The Golden Duck’s product and 1 pack of The Golden Duck X Paradise Group product as proof of purchase. Incomplete or illegible entries, incorrect and/or defective proof of purchase will be disqualified.
  7. Lucky draw will be conducted on: 3rd of February 2022
  8. Winners will be notified by SMS/Phone. Winners who fail to provide accurate and complete verification will be disqualified.
  9. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for any other item and shall be subjected to such terms and conditions which the organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion impose.
  10. All winners must adhere to and sign the winners’ terms and conditions as stipulated by the organizer before being considered eligible for the prize. In the unlikely event that winner does not accept the winner’s terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.

  11. Prizes are stipulated as such:

    • 3 winners ofat Canton Paradise Reunion Meal – only redeemable at JEM or Junction 8 outlets
    • 2 winners at of Paradise Classic Reunion Meal – only redeemable at Changi JEWEL outlet
  12. All prizes must be claimed by the 15th of February 2022 else winners’ status will be voided.  All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. All winners must make a reservation 5 days in advance from their actual dining date of their chosen outlet.
